Requirements: Available to students in Grade 8 only.
Yearbook is published through the Lifetouch Company’s on line program called WEBEASE. This website allows for on line publishing. All student portraits and school activities are uploaded onto the secured Holy Trinity Webease site. Student publishers volunteer to assist with the creation.
Steps involved in yearbook planning:
- Gather a staff and determine roles and responsibilities.
- Identify a theme for the book.
- Discuss deadlines and yearbook specifications.
- Place major deadlines and milestones on a staff calendar for all to see.
- Identify the events covered and mark them on the calendar (ask teachers about activities in their classrooms, look at what was covered in past yearbooks, review the school calendar).
